Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila is a premium tequila that is made using 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos, Mexico. After harvesting, the agave is roasted in traditional brick ovens and then fermented with a special yeast strain before being double-distilled in copper pot stills. The resulting tequila is then aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months to create a smooth and complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak.
