Bruichladdich Black Art 9.1 is a marriage of casks distilled in 1992. Aged for 29 years, head distiller Adam Hannett has kept the casks that aged this Islay single malt mysterious. Complex aromas of marzipan, walnut, toffee, honey, poached pear, plum and toasted oak mingle with strawberry, grapefruit, coconut and violet. The palate is more subtle, offering notes of citrus, toasted oak, Turkish honey, coconut, caramel and orange zest. A real treat!
