The island culture of this fruit, which has disappeared from the shelves today, goes back thousands of years. The earth, the sea air and the indigenous essences have shaped this old citrus fruit which is called "alimea" here. Just picked, the fruit with its tormented relief is peeled by hand, the zests rigorously selected, so that with time its extraordinary flavours, its finesse and its peppery aromas emerge.
